Elizabeth Reaser, an American actor in TV, film and theatre best known for her roles in The Twilight Saga as well as series like Greys Anatomy or True Detective. In the film Lightning Point/Alien Surf Girls, she was given the role in the film "Kiki". Since then, she's played small roles in films such as Peter Pan, Aquamarine and several other films. On the Netflix Original Series Roman Empire, she played Cleopatra. She starred as Cleopatra on Season 2 of Netflix's original show, The Roman Empire. Jessica got a call from all over the world to play the leading role in The Outpost. The tape of her performance was given to producers along with a second tape showing her performing MMA. The producers were interested in whether she would be able to perform swordfighting one day later, and she uploaded a video of her sword-fighting. Jessica had read the script for the part, knew it would be essential to master the weapons. Therefore, she took her very first training lesson. Jonathan Glassner stated that they were awestruck by Jessica's performance during her first training lesson. The Outpost is her first significant film in the US because her earlier filmographies were from Australia. Jessica's martial arts and horseback riding ability and athleticism allow her to perform stunts portraying the tough woman. She has a background in boxing, muay Thai and mixed martial artist. Jake Stormoen was on his Season 4 set when he met a wandering dog. One of the pups resided in one of the sets. Jessica fostered both puppies.
